Role OverviewThe Supervising Assistant District Attorney will supervise and provide guidance to Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) throughout all stages of a case, assess attorney readiness for increased responsibility, and provide opportunities for professional development.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include supervising ADAs, conducting case conferences, coaching and mentoring ADAs, reviewing and monitoring caseloads, and participating in Bureau and Office-wide training initiatives.

Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- U.S. Citizenship and New York State residency
- 4+ years of trial experience or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of New York criminal law and procedure
- Demonstrated sound prosecutorial judgment and ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and establish clear expectations
