Role Overview

The Supervising Attorney for Operations will drive operational excellence, performance management, and other strategic activities for the ACP. The role involves working closely with the Plan Administrators to set and implement strategic goals, priorities, and policies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ACP.

What You Will Do

The desired candidate will oversee the ACP Case Tracking System, guide the development and review of policy proposals, develop a record retention plan, and oversee its implementation. They will also work closely with senior leadership to achieve ACP's goals, serve as a liaison between ACP, MOCJ, and the NYS Office of Indigent Legal Services (ILS), and perform other duties as assigned.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any bar, eighteen months of which must have been in the supervision of other attorneys, in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity, or performing highly complex and significant legal work.
