Job Description
The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is hiring a Supervising Investigator to supervise staff members who investigate potential violations of NYC worker protection laws. Key responsibilities include maintaining a strong understanding of the laws OLPS enforces, training and supervising investigators, and reviewing written investigation reports.

Requirements

  • A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
  • Five years of full-time satisfactory experience in a consumer or worker protection agency conducting inspections or investigations
  • Possession of a Motor Vehicle Driver License valid in the State of New York at the time of appointment
