Role OverviewThe Supervising Lead Engineer is the primary engineering leader on assigned projects, responsible for coordination, model management, shop drawing production, and overall project execution. This role is the central point of contact between design teams, field operations, prefabrication, and general contractors—ensuring all engineering activities align with project schedules, company standards, and client expectations.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary engineering liaison between project stakeholders, lead project planning and execution, manage project communications, establish and maintain project BIM environments, act as the project BIM subject matter expert, lead coordination efforts, oversee shop drawing production, coordinate model-to-fabrication workflows, and maintain project reporting systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in electrical construction engineering or BIM coordination
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, ACC/Forma, Navisworks or Revizto, and Smartsheets
- Working knowledge of CPM scheduling, NEC code requirements, and shop drawing processes
