Job Description
The Supervising Subsidy Specialist for the Division of Tenant & Owner Resources will plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate unit tasks which provide important and instrumental services to subsidized participants in the communities served. The candidate will supervise and coordinate the work of a team in a unit, run reports to monitor and track productivity and efficiency of the team, meet with landlords, tenants, and other various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above;
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above;
  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above.
  • However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above;
