Job Description
The Supervisor - Customer Support is responsible for ensuring continued innovation and supporting the diverse team in S&C Electric Company's Customer Support call center. They supervise a team of hourly customer support staff and provide 24/7 remote monitoring and diagnosis of customer assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the electric power systems industry
  • At least two (2) years of Utility transmission and distribution exposure
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in operations, customer service and/or engineering
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring systems and technologies
  • Customer service orientation and skills with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
