Role OverviewAs a Supervisor - EHS, you will oversee all aspects of safety and environmental compliance, working closely with various teams to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. You will be responsible for delivering training, conducting inspections, and leading accident investigations. Your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing safety orientation for new hires, delivering annual training, conducting initial and refresher training, maintaining OSHA-required written programs, and completing job safety analyses.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of EHS experience
- One year of Supervisor experience preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and EPA expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a visible, leadership-facing position
