Job Description
MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital is seeking a Supervisor-Ambulatory Operations to oversee the operations at our Mary Bridge Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic in Olympia. The incumbent will supervise front and back office operational staff, perform human resource related functions, and ensure achievement of system goals around finance, quality, service, and engagement objectives.
Requirements
Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree
Two (2) years of experience in related professional or technical role/function
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity
