Job Description
The Post-Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of post-production work across internal retouching and video editing teams, as well as external freelancers and vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of post-production experience required.
  • Experience working with a DAM is preferred.
  • Experience video publishing platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, BrightCove preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to adhere to and understand the RealTruck aesthetic, creative guidelines, and to incorporate creative feedback into the work product is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, experience working within a Project Management System.
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills required. Ability to proof-read copy and scripts. Ability to read and comprehend written install guides is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions. Ability to determine scope and timeline for a given project.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
