Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor - Rolling Mill Equipment Assembly to provide leadership and establish a productive, high performing, and safety conscious work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of steel manufacturing methods and techniques, as well as management methods and the use of complex technical and engineering processes.

Requirements

  • Four year college degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Material Science
  • 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with exposure to standardization and production quality methods
  • Strong working knowledge of steel manufacturing methods and techniques involving the use of heavy mill machinery and related equipment
  • Knowledge of management methods and the use of complex technical and engineering processes
  • Proficient with SAP, QMOS and blue print reading
  • People management skills with the ability to train and guide people
  • Solid presentation abilities combined with good interpersonal and organizational skills
