Job Description
Bally's Corporation is seeking a Supervisor - Slot Technicians to provide a friendly and positive service to guests, supervise slot technicians, maintain slot related equipment, and maintain a good working relationship with floor people and slot supervisors.

Requirements

  • Maintain smooth working relationship with the State Police
  • Complies and enforces all state and gaming regulations and company policies
  • Coordinates moves and conversions of slot machines
  • Monitors the data system that is connected to the slot machines
  • Handles guest disputes as necessary
  • Observes and evaluates technical personnel
  • Protects company assets
