Job Description
The Supervisor Aircraft Appearance supports our Purpose by providing overall supervision, performance management, training, and support of assigned Aircraft Appearance personnel and operations. This role provides positive Leadership and ensures Aircraft Appearance delivers legendary Customer Service to both internal and external Customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to think like an owner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)

  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and lead through influence
  • Ability to learn and utilize all Southwest Airlines and Tech Ops Department software programs
  • Skilled ability to lead, and to establish a positive attitude with assigned personnel and other Company Employees
