Job Description
The Supervisor Aircraft Appearance Field Services plays a key role in ensuring Southwest Airlines' aircraft meet the highest standards of Safety, security, and presentation. This Leader oversees Aircraft Security and Appearance Service Providers, ensuring compliance with Company policies and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) procedures.

Requirements

  • Conduct audits to ensure Aircraft Cleaning Vendor is complying with proper cleaning and security search procedures/policies and documentations
  • Assists Regional teams in training, performing, ordering supplies and implementing Homeland Security guidance on Security Program task, Aircraft Appearance Program tasks, and processes
  • Responsible for maintaining regional training of all employees in operational functions and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures workplace safety and that all regulatory requirements are met
  • Provide vendors with feedback on their performance, to include addressing service failures, request corrective actions, while maintaining healthy vendor relationships
