Job Description
The Supervisor, Amenities of Site Amenities is responsible for day to day operational support and service delivery across the New York Buying Office, a dynamic, high traffic workplace supporting approximately 1,400 employees.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of facilities, workplace operations, hospitality, or amenity management experience.
  • Experience coordinating outsourced vendors in high-volume corporate environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or real estate preferred or applicable work experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including comfort interacting with executive levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a large, complex office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and work order systems.
