As a Supervisor, your role is crucial in maintaining the Beverage department's daily performance to ensure exceptional guest service, surpass company objectives, and implement strategies to boost service scores.

What You Will Do

Supervise the day-to-day operation of beverage service on assigned shift, lead and oversee team operations, and ensure guest service consistently meets resort standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of guest contact experience is required
• One year of supervisory experience is preferred
• Six months of full-service bar experience or six months as a Casino Cocktail Server is preferred
• Alcohol safety certification is required
