Job Description
Role Overview

The Building Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Building Services Department during assigned event shifts at Xfinity Mobile Arena. The Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support to union Building Services Associates while ensuring the arena is maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary, and guest-ready condition before, during, and after sporting events, concerts, family shows, corporate events, and other special events.

What You Will Do

Supervise union Building Services Associates during assigned event shifts, monitor employee performance and productivity, provide coaching and instruction, ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety requirements, and coordinate cleaning operations before, during, and after events.

Requirements
