Role OverviewThe Building Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Building Services Department during assigned event shifts at Xfinity Mobile Arena. The Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support to union Building Services Associates while ensuring the arena is maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary, and guest-ready condition.
What You Will Do
Supervise union Building Services Associates, monitor employee performance, provide coaching and instruction, ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety requirements, and coordinate cleaning operations before, during, and after events.

Requirements
