Role OverviewThe Supervisor will lead and supervise bus drivers to achieve transportation performance goals and expectations. They will provide support to leadership in employee management, oversee an equitable system for covering routes, and review and understand district policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The Supervisor will oversee weekly and monthly student counts, ensure reporting deadlines are achieved, and take action to ensure all equipment is kept in good repair. They will also maintain current knowledge of active routes and school locations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meet TEA qualifications for school bus drivers
- Maintain proper bus driving certification
- Knowledge of routing technology software
- Ability to utilize and navigate online mapping applications
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and Internet resources
- Understanding of routing and extracurricular activity scheduling
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
