Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor, Career Preparation to join our team at the Earl C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, and will be responsible for developing and implementing career preparation programs for our students.

Requirements

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administration and programmatic activities of the career preparation department
  • Develop and conduct programs for new students to encourage self-evaluation, self-worth and confidence
  • Oversee a student ambassador program for career preparation, including the application, interviewing and evaluation processes
