Role Overview

The Supervisor, Case Processing is responsible for supervising case processing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, and implementing quality control measures. They conduct internal case reviews, audits, and verify accuracy and timely completion of document preparation and case management. The role requires technical expertise, liaison skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will supervise case processing staff, implement quality control measures, conduct internal case reviews and audits, and direct the execution of diverse and complex functions. They will also participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff, motivate and encourage staff to perform their duties, and facilitate team meetings and case strategy sessions.
