Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Case Processing is responsible for supervising case processing staff in the performance of their duties, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. They implement and monitor quality control measures, conduct internal case reviews, and direct the execution of diverse and complex functions in coordination with other operations of ICE.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will perform essential functions such as supervising staff, implementing quality control measures, conducting internal case reviews, directing execution of functions, serving as a technical expert, participating in recruitment and hiring, motivating staff, facilitating team meetings, and communicating effectively with administration, staff, detainees, and federal officials.
