Supervisor, Clinic Operations - Torrey Pines

The Supervisor, Clinic Operations will be responsible for overseeing the activities and functions of a department, providing functional expertise to staff and leadership, and ensuring effective use of system resources.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include participating in standards of practice and process improvement activities, participating in hiring, overseeing daily productivity, creating staffing schedules, and ensuring policy and procedures are followed by staff.
