Job Description
The Clinical and Coding Quality Supervisor provides operational leadership and subject matter oversight for clinical and coding quality workflows and assignments. Ensures accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of second-level coding quality review workflows. Promotes teamwork and engagement, performance excellence, accountability, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 3 years of experience working in an Acute Hospital setting
  • 3 years to 5 years' experience working in a Quality/Risk Program
  • Experience utilizing methodology-specific risk calculators and guidance documents
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Licenses and Certifications: (RN) REGISTERED NURSE, (CCDS) Cert Clinical Documentation, AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or AAPC Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC)
