Job Description
Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking a Supervisor, Contracts Administration to support the Project Execution organization by managing the full lifecycle of project-related contracts and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely administration throughout engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in contracts administration, contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.
  • 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience guiding teams or managing contracting processes.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and legal concepts.
  • Significant experience working with Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Finance & Accounting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation support, and analytical skills.
  • Industry-specific contract knowledge.
  • Proficiency with ERP and contract management systems.
