Job Description
Medica is a nonprofit health plan seeking a Supervisor for its Customer Service Call Center. The Supervisor will lead a team, analyze data, and plan strategic plans to address customer issues.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience within a professional customer service or call center environment
  • Flexibility with work schedule is required
  • 1 ½ + years of leadership experience (optional)
  • Skills and Abilities: exceptional judgment, time management, organizational, analysis and summarization skills, ability to prioritize daily assignments, highly organized, strong attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to lead cross functional teams
