Job Description
We are looking for a shop supervisor to lead technical teams, ensure high standards of quality, and contribute to excellent performance in a workshop.

Requirements

  • Organize and supervise workshop activities, assigning resources, tools, and materials efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and repair times.
  • Provide technical advice to workshop staff, promoting their training and updating.
  • Ensure compliance with leadership principles, SRS, DOS, and SHE.
  • Manage and dispose of workshop resources, both human and material.
