Job Description
The Dental Clinical Services Supervisor works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by cultivating an environment that produces excellent patient-centered care and clinical services within a dynamic team setting. The role is responsible for staff management and development, dental clinical administration, and operations management.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience (preferred in a dental setting) OR 1 year Lead/Trainer experience with leadership training (e.g., Project LEAP – internal hires)
  • Valid Registered Dental Assistant License required
  • X-Ray license required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through an American Heart Association (AHA)-approved source is required upon hire and must be maintained as a condition of employment
