Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Distribution Control Center Operations will provide leadership in the distribution control center to operator personnel, managing areas such as outage management, routine work, DSCADA operations, and switching orders. This role plays a key role in storm management and outage restoration, providing coordination, decision making, and leadership while maintaining the safety of field operating personnel, contract line personnel, and the general public.
What You Will Do
Manage and provide leadership to operational staff, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the distribution system. Execute remote operation of distribution line devices and feeder circuit breakers via System Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). Provide subject matter expertise to operations partners by participating in leadership, process, and technology meetings or projects.
