Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Driver Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of company drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations. This role provides leadership and support to a team of drivers while coordinating operational activities that promote on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Supervise and provide leadership to a team of drivers, conduct regular driver performance reviews, plan and review transportation routes, and ensure drivers comply with all applicable DOT regulations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in transportation operations, fleet management, or logistics
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience within transportation, trucking, or logistics operations preferred
- Working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and transportation compliance requirements
