Role OverviewAssist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.
What You Will Do
Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction, assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations, and substitute for any position if necessary.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage, and be able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Requirements
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal month related experience or training
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
