Job Description
Assist the E-Commerce Manager with the overall operation of the E-Commerce area. Help to achieve established sales revenue and profit goals by ensuring quality and production standards established by the organization are maintained. Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers through both email and in-person interactions.

Requirements

  • Manage the daily operations of the E Commerce area
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly financial and product reporting
  • Lead ecommerce staff including conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate training of ecommerce staff
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures
