Job Description
The Supervisor, Engineering in Generation is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and administration of plant performance monitoring and testing programs, providing technical and administrative leadership for major maintenance projects and plant engineering services across the system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences
  • 7+ years of experience in power plant operations, transmission or substation engineering, utility maintenance, or performance-related activities
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and interpersonal methods
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple priorities and complex projects
  • Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage organizational change, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions
  • Thorough understanding of safe power plant operations or safe transmission line and substation field construction practices and techniques
