Role OverviewAs a Supervisor, Environmental Services, you will oversee the daily operations of the environmental services team, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. You will manage and mentor EVS staff, assign tasks, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include one-on-one training and development of EVS staff, supervising the necessary resources needed for the Environmental Services department, and performing quality improvement initiatives. You will also conduct rounding activities to ensure environmental hygiene in all areas assigned and prepare necessary reporting to manager(s).
