Job Description
As a Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing facilities maintenance operations and directing contract vendors to ensure compliance with company standards. The role involves making technical recommendations, reviewing contracts, and managing repair work orders.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • 1 year leadership experience supervising production operation in an area related to heavy/shop maintenance
  • Experience supervising / leading represented workgroups
  • Knowledge of HVAC and industrial mechanical systems
  • Strong working knowledge of the General Procedure Manual and Safety Policy Procedure Manual
  • Knowledge of airport facilities maintenance and general repairs
  • Knowledge of Airport Baggage Sortation system
  • Knowledge of labor reporting and crew utilization
  • Strong interpersonal and PC skills
