Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of the Shentel Cable field operations, supervising and directing assigned technicians, installers, and repairmen to maintain network integrity and provide superior customer service.

Requirements

  • Monitoring and efficient management of customer service orders
  • Supporting regional field operation supervisors' and technicians' needs
  • Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program
  • Diligently monitoring and managing network performance
  • Administering an effective sparing and return/repair program
  • Developing and maintaining on-call rotation
  • Communicating with area managers and support 'events' at properties as needed
