Job Description
Responsible for supervising the financial activities across the organization, ensuring that performance and maintenance are effectively managed. Administers the day-to-day financial operations of an assigned team. Ensures that services are aligned with customer needs, comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and achieve the department's objectives.

Requirements

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s financial plans and policies.
  • Prepare financial reports, monitor trends, and make necessary adjustments to achieve departmental goals.
  • Identify and resolve issues while keeping leadership informed.
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the support, production, and operations teams.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Charity Care and Medicaid eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, and compliance.
  • Stays up to date with process and system (EPIC) changes.
  • Conduct team meetings with leaders and team members, including one-on-one meetings.
  • Attend meetings related to financial assistance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial clearance processes.
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Coordinate work activities with other leaders and supervisors.
  • Make decisions and solve problems based on established policies, procedures, and business plans.
  • Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
