Role OverviewAs a Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects as assigned. Typical tasks will range in size and complexity. This position will assist the Project Manager with various large scale projects and tasks as needed and may potentially take the lead on upcoming projects as assigned by the customer.
What You Will Do
Supervise a team of FTTH in-home and SMB installation technicians, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of field staff, coordinate scheduling, and assist dispatch with daily job routing.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year fiber optic or cable installation experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
