Job Description
The Supervisor of Grants and Contracts oversees the administration, compliance, and lifecycle management of externally sponsored grants and contracts. In this role, you will partner closely with Principal Investigators (PIs), academic departments, central finance, and research administration offices to support effective stewardship of sponsored funds throughout the award lifecycle. In addition, this role will provide oversight and leadership within the Cancer Center’s grants administration team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, or related field
  • 5 years Experience in business or public administration
  • Ability to manage full-cycle, complex research proposals, including grant submissions, budget preparation, and award setup
  • Contract negotiation and administration
  • Supervision and mentorship of Grants and Contracts team members and administrative staff
