Job Description

As a Ground Operations Supervisor, you will lead the warehouse staff, develop skills necessary for success, and ensure operational excellence while adhering to safety standards. You will also be responsible for accuracy of reports, scheduling, cross-functional communication, and efficient processing of sort and launch packages.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field
Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
