Role OverviewAs a Supervisor, Hardware Engineering, you will lead a team of 13-15 direct reports in designing, manufacturing, and testing instrumentation and control assemblies and cabinets for Plant Computer and Annunciator systems. You will report to the Sr. Manager; Control & Information System Engineering and be located at our Huntsville, AL. This is an onsite position.
What You Will Do
Manage the performance of direct reports, hire, train, and develop resources, establish a culture of safety and quality, evaluate resource demand, meet labor rate goals, interface with production supervisors, ensure consistency in design and manufacturing process, and lead product and process improvements.
