Job Description
The Supervisor, HR-III will drive and coordinate the day-to-day administration of case load and people leadership, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, timely, and in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role will also involve directing, organizing, and coordinating teams of specialists in carrying out functions with a focus on process execution, building effective teams, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Manage all staff by supporting day-to-day operations
  • Inspire and motivate direct reports daily
  • Establish and maintain consistent and productive routines
  • Use analytics to coach team and influence outcomes
  • Provide consistent and meaningful feedback and training for direct reports
  • Demonstrate urgency in researching escalated issues and partnering with clients
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key processes
  • Proactively work with key partners to inform, collaborate, problem solve, and meet service level expectations
  • Consults and makes recommendations for process improvement
  • Makes decisions regarding hiring, performance, and disciplinary action of Associates

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $90,000 - $135,000
