Role OverviewThe International B2 Supervisor is responsible for supervising labor management, planning, and customer communication activities daily. People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems. The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
What You Will Do
Conducts staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities, plans and assures continuous improvement. Ensures the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products in a safe and profitable manner. Implements and reports on-going cost savings measures. Meets all client specified KPI’s and complies with Quality system requirements.
