Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Job Generation will lead a team responsible for generating economic opportunities for NYCHA residents and neighborhoods through place-based service coordination. The role involves managing a team of approximately 5 staff, collaborating with other NYCHA departments, and participating in NYCHA scoring and review committees.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include managing and supporting a team, approving Section 3 and resident hiring initiatives, participating in scoring committees, leading large-scale resident employment recruitment activities, and providing post-training placement support to NYCHA YouthBuild and other workforce development initiatives.

Requirements
