Job Description
The Day Habilitation (Day Hab) Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the program, ensure the implementation of activities, and provide direct support to participants. The supervisor will also develop relationships and volunteer opportunities for participants in the community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of supervisory experience or 5+ years OPWDD experience in residential or day program setting
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, Website navigation and other software technologies
  • Able to provide ADL and Direct Care assistance when needed
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License
  • Prior experience assisting persons with IDD/Autism preferred
