Job Description
The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is seeking a Supervisor to join the DOHMH Intake unit to process applications and manage day-to-day operations. The Supervisor will oversee staff, develop internal systems, and ensure productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4-year high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of satisfactory clerical experience
  • Keyboard familiarity and typing speed of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute
