Role OverviewAs a Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the floor on every shift, support your team across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, and deliver the kind of guest experience that makes people want to come back.
What You Will Do
Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events. Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds
