The Supervisor will lead and support daily operations at assigned sites, train, coach, and motivate team members, and perform quality inspections.
What You Will Do
The Supervisor will lead daily team huddles, meet weekly with the Area Manager, communicate updates clearly, identify employees ready for advancement, improve processes to increase efficiency, and take ownership of results and client satisfaction.
