Supervisor

A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery. The Supervisor will lead and support daily operations at assigned sites, train, coach, and motivate team members, and perform quality inspections.

What You Will Do

Lead daily team huddles, meet weekly with the Area Manager, communicate updates clearly, identify employees ready for advancement, improve processes to increase efficiency, and take ownership of results and client satisfaction.
