What You Will Do
Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians, promote a strong safety culture, conduct daily and weekly planning meetings, and conduct audits to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements
- Completes and maintains all training
- Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies
- Maintain punctuality and attendance at all shifts and training sessions
- Perform work in all weather conditions, during normal and after hours
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate specialized equipment and tools
- Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally; bending at the waist; standing and or walking for extended periods of time
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Hearing and speaking to exchange information
- Will need to have the ability to work a flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends) as needed
