The Supervisor Mechanical - Melt Shop will hold regular meetings with the maintenance team, review safety requirements, and ensure the prompt assignment of technicians to specific jobs. The role also involves reviewing planned job packages, confirming technician knowledge, and making tactical decisions to stay on schedule.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience
- Experience with Preventative/Planned Maintenance processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
- Working knowledge of computers and computer software
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Profession (CMRP) certification preferred
